PDFs are typically used when you want to display documents and graphics correctly, no matter the device, application, operating system or web browser, so that they’re seen the same way by all viewers

But what happens if you need your PDF in a different file format? You might need to export your PDF to a Word or PowerPoint document. Well, we are here to provide you with a few easy steps on how to export a PDF.

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and Acrobat Reader DC

In order to convert a PDF, you will need to download either Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. If you need to export pdfs often and in various file formats, we recommend Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, as it provides more file export options. If you typically need to export to Word occasionally for editing purposes, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a great (and less expensive) option.
